How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour of placing it. Scroll down in your email to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section.

If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email us at contact@majdashopp.com with your order number, and we will assist you with the best available solution.


I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on the Site but would like to receive your items after all, the best way is to place a new order at checkout.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm?

If you canceled your order using the cancellation link in your confirmation email, you will receive a separate cancellation confirmation email.

If you did not receive this confirmation, please email contact@majdashopp.com and include your original order number. We will check the status for you.


I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If your order includes a gift card, the self-cancel option will not appear. In this case, please email us at contact@majdashopp.com as soon as possible, including your order number and details of your request, and our team will assist you.


Legal Notice – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and §355 BGB (German Civil Code), customers also have the legal right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.
